When Alessandra and Justin first reached out to us at Class Event Rentals, they had a crystal-clear vision for their Christmas-themed wedding that we couldn’t wait to bring to life. As a detail-oriented bride, Alessandra was an absolute joy to work with, sharing her ideas passionately and trusting our expertise every step of the way. Teaming up with her talented wedding planner, Brielle from I do planning and her amazing florist Laura from Laura Clare Design, we had countless in-depth conversations to perfect every element, from the overall ambiance to the tiniest touches. Their special day at the elegant Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, New Jersey, was all about creating a winter wonderland that blended holiday magic with sophisticated style. Specializing in wedding decor rentals in NJ, we pulled out all the stops to make their dream a reality, ensuring the setup highlighted our top-notch pipe and drape drapery rentals, gobo lighting rentals, uplighting rentals, stage lighting rentals, high-style chair rentals, and custom checkered dance floor wrap rentals.

Our team kicked off the transformation at 1 a.m. on the wedding day, rolling up our sleeves for an all-night effort to turn the reception room into something truly spectacular. We started by installing luxurious black pipe and drape drapery rentals around the entire space, cleverly sectioning off alcoves for twinkling Christmas trees provided by Laura while keeping bar access seamless for guests. To set the mood, we layered in soft uplighting rentals throughout the room, casting a warm glow that perfectly complemented the holiday theme. Class Event Rentals recently had the incredible privilege of bringing Elizabeth and Justin’s dream wedding to life at the stunning Liberty House venue in Jersey City, with breathtaking views of the New York City skyline as the perfect backdrop. Elizabeth approached us with a clear and elegant vision for her special day, and she was an absolute dream client—detailed, thoughtful, and collaborative every step of the way. Together with her mother Robin who we absolutely adored, engaged in countless conversations with us to ensure every element aligned perfectly with their wishes. We arrived at the venue at midnight the day of the wedding and worked tirelessly through the night to transform the space, completing the setup in time for their magical ceremony and reception.

The ceremony was nothing short of breathtaking, featuring our premium mirror aisle rental and mirror stage rental that created a reflective, dreamy pathway leading to a stunning chuppah adorned with lush white florals. The mirrored surfaces captured the soft candlelight and the iconic NYC skyline, adding layers of elegance and sophistication that made the moment feel truly cinematic. Collaborating with the talented teams at Sarcon Flower Couture and impeccable photos captured by MHM Photography, we transformed the venue into a scene of elegance and sophistication. The centerpiece of the design featured our Kleopatra Donut white top tables, beautifully paired with White Magnolia Chairs, creating a modern yet timeless aesthetic. Positioned nearby, our Adeline Clear Table, surrounded by Luna Clear Chairs, added a touch of refined glamour, framing the dance floor with an inviting and chic atmosphere. Included in our amazing decor our elegant Crystaline Decorative Cake table to showcase the couple’s beautiful cake.

To enhance the ambiance, we provided tailored lighting solutions that elevated the evening’s beauty. We were elated to be part of the collaboration with Sarcon Flower Couture & Karma Events for their latest photoshoot, where our elegant wedding furniture rentals took center stage, exuding elegance and sophistication. Our Adeline clear estate tables, paired with Luna clear chairs adorned with white fur seat covers, added a modern touch of glamour to the scene. The Paris oval mirror top estate tables, accompanied by Magnolia chairs in white, radiated timeless charm and grace. Additionally, our Kleopatra mirror top donut tables, paired with Magnolia chairs in black, provided a striking contrast and contemporary flair.
