What once looked like an ordinary warehouse storage unit was completely transformed into an immersive and glamorous wedding reception setting for this dramatic styled shoot. Draped from floor to ceiling in luxurious velvet red fabric, the space instantly became something out of a romantic dream. The focal point of the room featured a stunning crimson draped backdrop, creating a bold and elegant statement that defined the atmosphere of the entire design. Red uplighting was carefully placed throughout the room, casting rich tones onto the velvet drapery and creating a depth so defined that the fabric appeared even more dramatic and luxurious. Stage lighting was also used to highlight the focal backdrop and surrounding florals, ensuring that every detail stood out with a cinematic glow.

The reception design was centered around two striking sets of two black king’s tables positioned across from one another, with a mirrored aisle running between them. The tables were paired with our Nalani black chairs and styled with elegant black charger plates, smoke glassware, and sophisticated black and gold flatware. Each table featured a trio of dramatic red floral centerpieces with red candles placed on black candle holders created by Fleur Couture, adding rich texture and romance to the setting. To elevate the tablescape even further, pin spot lighting was installed to illuminate the centerpieces, allowing the florals to glow beautifully and bringing an entirely new level of sophistication and focus to the table design.

Running through the center of the design, the mirrored aisle reflected the beautifully draped ceiling installation above, along with striking red floral branches and a breathtaking floral wall centerpiece also designed by Fleur Couture. The reflective surface captured the glow of the lighting, florals, and dramatic red drapery, creating a captivating visual experience from every angle.
